About the role

TAS Electrical & Industrial Services is seeking a skilled and motivated
Industrial Electrician
to join our growing team. You'll work across a variety of fast-paced industrial environments supporting installations, upgrades and maintenance for leading FMCG and packaging manufacturers.

This role offers broad exposure to automation and production systems, with strong focus on reliability, fault finding and preventative maintenance. You'll collaborate closely with experienced technicians and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes in modern manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of industrial electrical systems
  • Respond to service and breakdown callouts promptly and professionally
  • Support fault finding, process optimisation and new equipment commissioning
  • Contribute to preventative maintenance and reliability improvement activities
  • Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety practices

Skills and experience

  • Current A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience with blow moulding, automation or line control systems will be highly regarded.
