Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Physiotherapist to join our growing mobile team on a subcontractor basis. The successful candidate will work closely with clients living with a range of disabilities, delivering tailored physiotherapy interventions designed to promote functional independence and overall well-being.

This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of people with disabilities, while enjoying the autonomy of subcontractor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mobile physiotherapy services to NDIS and private clients with a wide range of disabilities
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and clinical notes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
• Travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings as required
• Maintain compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with clients with disabilities (preferred)
• Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• ABN (Australian Business Number) – required for subcontractors
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and independent work skills
