Construct Personnel is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers and Spotters to join our network for upcoming short-term assignments and ongoing opportunities. If you have a passion for safety and traffic management, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow on work sites.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel.
- Implement traffic control plans in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage on-site traffic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Traffic Controller or Spotter.
- Valid Traffic Control Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliability and a commitment to safety.
