Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow on work sites.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel.
  • Implement traffic control plans in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage on-site traffic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Traffic Controller or Spotter.
  • Valid Traffic Control Certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliability and a commitment to safety.
