About the role

Chef Allrounder

We are seeking an experienced & motivated Chef to join our team in running a Club focused menu for our bistro and functions with a focus on grill and pan section 10-15 hours a week.

The person we are looking for will understand their role in the kitchen and will be able to work in a high paced bistro kitchen serving up to 200 meals per service period and be able to jump in to any area.

They will understand what makes a good Club menu work and will also have a high attention to detail.

You will be used to a high paced bistro style kitchen and will be able to keep pace.

The person we are looking for will be able to: -

• cook great food in a fast paced bistro environment.
• lead by example as a hands-on chef who can prepare great food
• be passionate about food.
• build strong, effective relationships
• Place strong focus on great food and great service
• Ensure the kitchen team is aware of their Health & Safety and Food Hygiene responsibilities

The position involves working shifts weekdays, weekends and public holidays - candidates are required to be fully available during the club's operational hours.

It would be great if you have experience in the Club Industry

Skills and experience

1 to 5 years experience in a similar role

Excellent cooking skills, innovation & flair

Ability to work as part of a team
