Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Project Coordinator.

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a 12-month max term contract. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating meetings, tracking project actions, managing stakeholder communications, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reporting, presentations, and logistics. It's ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys keeping projects on track.

To be successful at Smartgroup you will possess

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Confidence coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Confluence, JIRA, MS Project, or Power BI is highly regarded
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork
