About the Role

Reporting to our Electrical Services Manager, you'll be part of a team delivering electrical and automation projects from start to finish. You'll handle breakdowns, installations, upgrades, relocations, and preventative maintenance — often in fast-paced industrial environments where quality and safety are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and complete electrical repairs efficiently.
• Carry out new installations, system upgrades, and factory relocations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime for clients.
• Work closely with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with a variety of trades, including electricians, engineers, and mechanical fitters.
• Operate independently on smaller jobs and collaboratively on larger projects.
• Maintain the highest safety and compliance standards at all times.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the industrial electrical sector.
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.
• Proven problem-solving ability and initiative.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

• AutoCAD Electrical experience.
• PLC system knowledge.
• Familiarity with VSD drives.
