We are currently seeking a female Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality support to individuals living with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and experienced in delivering person-centred care, with a strong understanding of individual needs and a commitment to promoting independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
  • Support clients with behaviours of concern, using positive behaviour support strategies.
  • Facilitate community access and participation in social and recreational activities.
  • Manage medications in line with care plans and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes.
  • Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in all aspects of care.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in personal care, behaviours of concern, community access, and medication management.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Flexible availability — shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $43.08 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 24 per week
