Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team.

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with estimators, project coordinators, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, Australian standards, and state legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A drivers license and construction induction card.
  • A certificate IV in construction or trade apprenticeship (highly desirable).
  • Supervisors license.
  • QBCC Supervisor license essential.

Key professional skills include:

  • Experience in domestic and commercial project management.
  • Understanding of relevant building codes and Australian standards.
  • Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades, and suppliers.
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements.
