Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Traffic Engineer / Transport Planner located in Glen Waverley, VIC, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Traffic Engineer / Transport Planner will be responsible for conducting traffic analysis, transportation planning, and traffic studies, as well as focusing on road safety and traffic operations. The role involves engaging with various public and private sector clients to deliver high quality and cost-effective solutions for the planning, design, construction, and management of public infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Traffic Analysis, Traffic Studies, and Traffic Operations
• Experience in Transportation Planning and Road Safety
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team settings
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with relevant software tools such as SIDRA, or similar
• Professional accreditation (e.g., PE, MIEAust) is advantageous
