This roster is 5/2/4/3 and a 10 hour day.

About the Role

This is a practical, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep things running smoothly. Reporting to the Discovery Superintendent, you'll lead a small team of technicians who look after the core yard and support field work across site. This team will ensure that the drill sites are ready, samples are handled properly, and everything's where it needs to be, safely and on time.

If you enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, and being the person others rely on to get the work done, this could be the next step for you.

What makes this role a great fit:

• Lead a tight-knit crew across a 5:2:4:3 roster
• Be the go-to for drill site prep, sample handling, and field logistics
• Work closely with the geology team, and stakeholders across site to ensure exploration programs are executed, and drill core is sampled safely and efficiently

About You

You've spent time in the core yard or out in the field, and you know what it takes to keep things moving. You're ready to step up, take charge of a team, and make sure the job gets done right. You're organised, safety-focused, and good at working with people across different departments.

You'll bring:

• At least 5 years' exposure to the mining or exploration industry, with demonstrable experience in core handling and field logistics
• A current C Class Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence (HR Licence is a bonus)
• Confidence leading a team and working with others to solve problems
• A practical mindset and a strong work ethic
