The Hellenic House Project is a Modern Greek Restaurant in the hearth of Highett, 3190 Melbourne. We are looking for an experienced full-time Chef - Cook to join our team.

Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with our menu

- planning and development of menu in collaboration with the Head Chef

- ordering food produce and other kitchen supplies

- follow and implement food preparation and kitchen cleaning standards

- demonstration and training of cooking techniques to junior cooks in the team

- follow correct procedure for food storage and rotation

- compliance with occupation health and safety regulation

Requirements:

At least a relevant diploma qualification plus 2 years of full time post qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position.
