About the role

Trinity Gardens School OSHC is seeking a passionate and experienced Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Qualified Educator to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and engaging educational activities for children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Days: Monday - Friday

Before School Care: 6:55 AM - 9:00 AM

After School Care: Anywhere between 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM

School Holidays Vacation Care: Anywhere between 7:00 AM - 6:15 PM

Hours: 10-15 per week (negotiable depending on availability)

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and facilitate a range of age-appropriate activities and experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing
  • Ensure a safe, clean and stimulating environment for children
  • Develop positive relationships with children, families and the school community
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in an OSHC or similar setting
  • Strong behaviour guidance and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive team player
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • A current Working with Children Check, First Aid certificate and CPR certification
