Position Title: First Nations Facilitator - Respecting the Difference
Employment Type: Temporary Full-time
Salary Range: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr Lvl 1)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity
An exciting Temporary 12 month opportunity to play an essential role as First Nations Facilitator Respecting the Difference within our Learning and Development team. You will liase with managers and senior executives to identify learning needs, develop strategies, policies and competency based programs to improve managerial and organisational capability that support the vision, values and strategic direction of NSW Ambulance
In this role will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver and evaluate the Respecting the Difference training package across NSW Ambulance.
- Ensure a 'best practice' approach to all processes and procedures within learning and development.
- Promote and support strategies of a healthy and respectful workplace and promote a positive culture and team building environment.
- To provide expert advice around personal professional development through face to face and online training as well as telephone and face to face advice where possible
- Be part of a fast-paced environment where your work directly supports emergency healthcare services across NSW
About You
Ideally, you will bring:
- Advanced experience and proven record in instructional design and delivery with a demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to use a blended learning approach.
- Ability to build strong internal/external relationship networks, to promote learning and development concepts and interventions, team building and a respectful workplace.
- Proven record in the development, implementation and review of learning and development strategies, policies and programs.
- Experience and knowledge in Learning Management Systems and advanced PC and Microsoft suite skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, able to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
