As a Phone Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of converting leads into satisfied customers through engaging phone conversations. With a base salary of $52,000 per year plus generous commissions, your hard work can lead to on-target earnings of $100,000 to $130,000 annually.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sales Conversion: Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, delivering tailored solar solutions to meet their needs.
• Customer Education: Clearly explain the benefits of solar products, installation processes, and financial savings.
• Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals with professionalism.
