We are looking for an Office Manager to keep our clinic running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role that involves looking after the team, keeping things organised, and making sure the clinic stays a friendly, well-run place for patients and staff.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversees office planning and operations
  • Manages office records, accounts, and supplies
  • Coordinates with professionals to facilitate and resolve issues
  • Allocates staff, clinic space and resources
  • Manages personnel activities such as hiring, training, performance, and payroll
  • Supervises and monitors staff performance
  • Ensures compliance with safety and government regulations

About You:

You will bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in a healthcare setting. You are a proactive problem-solver who can lead by example and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 per year
