Bistro Nido is a cozy and vibrant neighborhood spot with a 40-seat venue, known for its seasonal fare, great drinks, and warm hospitality. We're on the hunt for a hands-on Supervisor who can lead service with style—someone who's just as comfortable rallying the team as they are crafting the perfect Negroni.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire front-of-house staff during service
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and flair
  • Handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism
  • Manage rosters, support staff training, and onboard new team members
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth communication
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
  • Cover barista, host, or waitstaff tasks when needed

About You

You bring leadership, warmth, and a splash of bartender bravado. You're confident with a cocktail shaker and thrive in lively service environments.

You have:

  • Proven hospitality experience, including cocktail mixing
  • Solid knowledge of drink recipes and bar service etiquette
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to stay calm, friendly, and professional under pressure
  • Flexible availability, especially for evenings and weekends
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
