Chandler Personnel is currently looking for a Nursery Hand for our fast-paced horticulture team based in Gembrook Vic 3783


The Role

As a Nursery Hand at Ausflora, you will assist in all aspects of plant production and nursery maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Propagating, potting, and transplanting plants
  • Watering, weeding, and general plant care
  • Loading, unloading, and moving supplies and stock
  • Assisting with pruning, trimming, and plant health maintenance
  • Maintaining nursery cleanliness and assisting with site upkeep
  • Operating basic nursery tools and equipment

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a nursery or horticulture setting is preferred but not essential
  • Passion for plants, horticulture, and the outdoors
  • Physically fit—with ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g. 20 kg]
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Team player who takes initiative
