Job DescriptionStep Into Leadership in Oncology Nursing at Freemasons – Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Part-Time, 0.6 FTE)

Join our dynamic Day Oncology and Apheresis team, where compassion meets innovation. We provide day chemotherapy regimes and specialised Apheresis services, including stem cell collection, in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
As part of our leadership team, you'll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to:
- Champion patient-centred care and clinical excellence
- Lead a high-performing team with energy and empathy
- Drive patient flow and service efficiency
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless, safe care
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient outcomes

You will need the following:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Completion of the ADAC course
- A strong understanding of contemporary oncology nursing practices

The annual salary range for a full time ANUM – AUD $115, $119, super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
