Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the growth of a high-performing, underground mining services provider? We're entering a significant phase of expansion and are seeking Bogger Operators to join our FIFO team in WA

Westfill Pty Ltd was established in 2020 by respected industry professionals with decades of experience in technical engineering design and "boots-on-the-ground" operational expertise in underground mining. Today, having developed a reputation for consistently delivering safe, reliable, and professional contract services for national and international underground mining projects, Westfill is a principal underground mining contractor and a full-service provider for mining operations.

What you'll do:

  • Operate underground boggers (e.g., CAT R1700G/K, Sandvik LH517, Sandvik 202, Sandvik 203).
  • Bog out from development headings and production areas.
  • Load underground trucks (Sandvik 663).
  • Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Work closely with shift supervisors, charge-up crews, and other underground personnel.

What you'll need:

  • Valid manual driver's license and ability to operate underground vehicles with relevant RPLs.
  • Strong knowledge of underground mining regulations, procedures and explosives handling.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions.
  • Ability to follow strict procedures and safety standards.

*What you'll get:*

  • Full time role with associated entitlements
  • Competitive rates - $66.00 to $75.00 per hour ($800-$900 per shift) + 12% super on all hours worked
