The Corporate & Finance Group contributes to Urban Utilities' purpose and vision through championing, safeguarding, and driving customer, community and shareholder value.

We currently have an opportunity for a Payments Reconciliation Team Leader on a max term arrangement to May 2026, following some internal movement within the Financial Transaction teams. This important role leads the delivery of cost effective and efficient customer payment and cash reconciliation processes across Urban Utilities' payment channels. The Payments Reconciliation Team Leader is responsible for coordination and management of the daily activities of the Payments Reconciliations Team and will lead and contribute to ongoing improvement and automation opportunities to deliver contemporary and seamless transaction services, whilst ensuring compliance with obligations and financial controls.

We'd love to hear from you if you are a dedicated and experienced Payments Reconciliation or Accounts Receivable extraordinaire who is keen to connect their skills to purpose in the water industry You'll be providing leadership to a high volume transaction team, guidance and high-level support to projects, whilst also engaging across all areas of Urban Utilities. It would be great if you have:

• Accounts receivable experience (is required).
• 3 – 6 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with identifying and implementing initiatives and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to lead and motivate your team through change.
• Intermediate excel skills.
