As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated High Pressure Water Jetting & Vacuum Truck Operator (FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie based) to join our close-knit and dynamic team on a 3n1 roster.

Key Responsibilities

As a High Pressure Water Jetting & Vacuum Truck Operator, your role will include:

• Operating vacuum trucks and related equipment for a variety of industrial cleaning tasks, including vacuum loading and ultra-high-pressure water blasting.
• Performing pipe and surface cleaning using high-pressure water jetting techniques to meet job specifications and safety standards.
• Conducting detailed pre-start inspections and ensuring all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in safe working condition.
• Strictly adhering to site safety procedures, including confined space entry, working at heights, and other high-risk activities.
• Accurately completing job documentation, safety records, and compliance paperwork in a timely manner.
• Operating all equipment with care and responsibility, maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Contributing to a positive and productive team environment while upholding the company's reputation and enhancing your own professional image.

Essential RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A valid High Pressure Water Jetting (UHPWJ) competency ticket:

• Operators – MSMSS00018

• Assistants – MSMSS00017
• A current HR Driver's Licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience operating vacuum trucks (HC Licence desirable)
• Valid tickets for Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, EWP, and Forklift (LF)
• Proven hands-on experience in high-pressure water jetting and vacuum loading operations
• A solid understanding of safety protocols and WHS compliance in industrial and mining environments
• A current White Card (Construction Induction)
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Eligibility to obtain a National Police Clearance

To Be Considered, You Will Need to Demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in a similar role, with the ability to clearly outline your competencies and prior work history during the recruitment process.
• A strong commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards in all aspects of work.
• Willingness and ability to work away on remote sites for periods of up to and potentially over 3 weeks at a time.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and daily tasks based on client and project requirements — including longer or shorter stints as needed.
• A positive team attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of duties to support overall job completion.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, in line with site access requirements.
