Become our next superstar at Little Stars Early Learning and Kindergarten Sunbury.

Sunbury is a brand new centre just opened in April, we are currently seeking a passionate Bachelor Qualified Educator to join the team and help children shine bright like a star in the sky

We wish to hear from interested passionate Teachers who display a strong work ethic, with a high level of written and verbal communication skills, along with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role requires:

  • The implementation of the educational program and practice whilst achieving quality learning outcomes.
  • Using a wide range of teaching methods such as (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc.) To enhance individual children's abilities.
  • creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families and other team members.
  • keeping records of children progression, routines and interests.
  • Ensuring compliance with ration policies, procedures and practices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • VIT Registraion
  • Current First Aid, CPR Certificates.
  • Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • 2 years' experience working within an early childhood setting (preferred),
  • Ability to follow and give direction.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.

A demonstrated understanding of:

  • National Quality Framework (NQF),
  • Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF),
  • Child Protection & Safe Standards Training,
  • Workplace Health & Safety issues,
  • The ability to form warm and responsive relationships with children,
  • Ability to work and contribute to a team environment.
