Join HCF's People & Culture team as a critical contributor to shaping performance and reward strategies. Reporting to the Remuneration, Performance & Benefits Manager, you'll deliver initiatives that ensure our people are recognised and rewarded competitively.

About the Job

As a Remuneration & Performance Analyst, you'll:

  • Develop and implement performance and reward frameworks.
  • Source, analyse and model remuneration data to provide insights.
  • Maintain job architecture and manage internal databases.
  • Coordinate remuneration reviews, incentive programs, and survey participation.
  • Support performance review cycles, training, and Workday updates.
  • Deliver WGEA submissions and provide actionable insights.
  • Build success metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with an agile P&C team and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

This role offers end-to-end exposure across performance and reward, compliance, and strategic initiatives perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data and influencing outcomes. You bring:

  • Experience in remuneration, performance, or HR analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret market data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience highly regarded).
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CPS 511) and compliance requirements. (Desirable)
