About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead Brow Code's growth across the professional beauty sector. This hands-on, sole-charge role operates at both the strategic level and in the BAU day-to-day sales activities, personally managing key accounts, onboarding new salon partners, and driving revenue growth.

The impact you will make:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across professional channels, including salons, wholesalers, and industry partners.
  • Onboarding new salon partners with product knowledge, training, and sales tools to set them up for success.
  • Managing and nurturing strong relationships with professional partners to ensure exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance for your categories, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within each category, including pricing, promotions, and product mix.
  • Collaborating on campaigns, promotions, and key projects such as the Salon Code initiative.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the beauty or professional services industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and hands-on customer engagement.
  • Ability to work at both the strategic level and in the BAU detail to deliver results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
