About the role

Make a significant impact, creating a sense of safety and belonging for women and children seeking refuge from Family and Domestic Violence (FDV). We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment to clients accessing our Broome based Family Domestic Violence Refuge. We have 1 part time permanent roster available.

We are looking for a passionate, caring and resilient individual who has the ability, sensitivity and discretion to work effectively in an often-emotive environment who has:

  • Demonstrates and understands relevant regulatory procedures in identifying hazards, reporting risk and/or compliance related issues
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
  • Driver's Licence
