About the Role

Prime Trophies, a proudly WA-owned business, is seeking a
creative and hands-on Production & Graphic Design Assistant
to join our small, supportive team in Malaga.

You'll work across both
graphic design software and production equipment
, bringing custom awards, trophies, medals, and plaques to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with practical making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit artwork using CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar)
  • Personalise awards using laser and rotary engravers
  • Operate CNC, UV printing and ribbon-making machines
  • Design and produce custom ribbons, sashes, badges, and honour boards
  • Apply vinyl lettering and custom finishes
  • Assist with warehouse stock control and general duties

About You

  • Skilled in graphic design software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar)
  • Comfortable with Excel and general computer systems
  • Strong eye for detail and quality control
  • Practical, adaptable, and eager to learn new equipment
  • Previous experience in signage, print, engraving or creative manufacturing highly regarded
