About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard design software and possess a solid understanding of the printing industry, including preparing files for press and designing with print production in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs for print materials including flyers, brochures, signage, packaging, and more
  • Work with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts and deliverables
  • Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper bleed, crop marks, and color management (CMYK, spot colors, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and adapt designs for different print processes (offset, digital, large format, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail across all projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional design experience
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW (additional design tools a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of print design principles and experience preparing artwork for production
  • Understanding of paper types, finishes, color modes, and other printing specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working directly with a printing company or in-house print production team
  • Knowledge of prepress and finishing processes
