Katsaros & Associates is an award-winning and industry-leading boutique immigration law firm, proudly based in the vibrant heart of Brunswick, just minutes from Melbourne's CBD. We've experienced significant growth and are now looking for a talented Junior Lawyer with immigration law experience to join our close-knit and high-performing team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded junior lawyer who is passionate about immigration law and understands the value of strong client relationships and legal service delivery. You will work across a diverse range of immigration matters — including partner visas, protection visas, skills assessments, employer-sponsored matters, and tribunal appeals — while developing a sharp understanding of how to add value to both clients and the firm.

We're looking for someone who not only knows the law but also understands the business of law — someone who brings an appreciation of sales, client engagement, and what it means to provide real, measurable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years post-admission experience (PAE), with direct experience in immigration law or administrative law
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Interest or experience in sales, business development, or value-adding legal practice
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently
• A team player who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
