About the RoleWakai Waian Healing (WWH) is seeking AHPRA provisionally or fully registered Psychologists to join our growing team. These roles involve travel to outlying regions (DIDO) and potentially FIFO trips to Palm Island and the Torres Strait. The majority of caseloads involve working with First Nations peoples and working with/partnering with First Nations–focused organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services across a range of referral types and programs
- Deliver individual and group counselling/healing services for consumers aged 5–75
- Provide in-office and outreach services, via face-to-face and telehealth
- Undertake assessments, care planning, reviews, reports, and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with other services and community members to deliver culturally safe, responsive services
- Maintain high standards of professional, ethical, and legal practice
- Manage a caseload within a supported and supervised team environment
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening/Disability Worker Screening
- Current driver's licence
- Experience or willingness to work with First Nations families and communities
