About the roleOur client is expanding their Brisbane team with 2 full-time and 2 contractor roles for Building & Pest Inspectors. 90% of your work will focus on pre-purchase inspections, identifying risks, producing detailed reports, and ensuring safe, compliant property transactions.

Duties

  • Identify structural defects, safety risks & compliance issues
  • Conduct pre-purchase inspections across residential properties
  • Produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
  • Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
  • Liaise with clients to deliver professional advice

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in building and/or pest inspections
  • QLD Builder's Licence or Registered Building Inspectors Course (or eligibility)
  • Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) — if not, must enrol.
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong report writing skills
  • Physically capable of site inspections; Police clearance, driver's licence & reliable vehicle
