This is a challenging and exciting role to work with our Service & Warranty Team as a Service & Warranty Inspector. The successful candidate will be inspecting sites within the
BRISBANE SOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS**
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete Service & Warranty Inspections as per standard procedures and process
  • Qualify defects, disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with cost estimate
  • Complete Ad hoc Site Inspections for active jobs
  • Providing written assessments on all inspections
  • Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures; and
  • Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Completion of relevant tertiary education e.g. Building/Construction Diploma or of Trade Qualified background
  • Experience in the Building/Construction Industry (preferably within the Volume New Home environment)
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, WHS regulations and QA systems
  • A Customer Focus, Exceptional Communication and Conflict Resolution skills; and
  • Competent using MS Office suite & confident at using IT systems and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
