Cafe Duty Manager – Rockhampton Airport

Position : Full-Time

Rates : $28 – $32/hr + super + penalties (based on experience)

From sunrise to sunset, lead the experience

We're hiring a hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee a busy airport café. Guide your team in serving all-day meals and drinks, keeping operations smooth, and delivering a memorable dining experience to travellers.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations: stock, presentation, opening/closing
  • Lead, train, and support team members
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with hands-on tasks including barista work and dishwashing

About You

  • Valid RSA and driver's licence + own vehicle
  • Previous supervisor or management experience (café/QSR/hospitality)
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred)
  • Barista and/or bar experience ideal
  • Flexible for public holidays, weekends, and afternoon/evening shifts
