About the Role

This role is all about getting our customer orders ready safely, accurately and with care. You'll work as part of a well-oiled team, picking and packing across our freezer, chiller and dry areas, helping make sure our customers get the products they order, every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick/pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in the safe loading of goods into vehicles for delivery
  • Stock replenishment
  • Correctly present paperwork in line with procedures
  • Practice safe and correct manual handling
  • General warehouse duties in a dry and cold store environment

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Forklift licence essential
  • MR Driver Licence desirable
  • Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C)
  • Previous experience and understanding of warehouse and transport operations, preferably in the food service industry
  • Good organisational, communication and time-management skills
  • Highly motivated, flexible, with a solid work ethic and positive can-do attitude
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Great attention to detail and ability to learn a broad range of products
  • Understanding of WHS and HACCP requirements
  • Physically fit and able to undertake the duties of the role, including lifting/manual handling
