Outdoor Educator

Full-Time 1.0 FTE, 6 month appt, Jan to end Jun 2026

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Educator to join our Outdoor Education team. Applicants must demonstrate:

• Degree in Outdoor Education or equivalent
• Experience co-ordinating school based Outdoor Education Programmes
• Experience in Group Leading in a wide variety of locations
• Extensive experience working on expedition style Outdoor Programmes
• Wilderness First Aid qualification
• Water safety / rescue qualification
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships at all levels
