Reporting directly to the National Payroll Manager working in a thriving and friendly team this is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established workforce solutions provider with operations across Australia.
You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll functions across multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EAs), supporting a large and dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process timesheets manually and electronically
- Respond to payroll-related enquiries from staff and internal departments
- Maintain payroll records and update relevant reports
- General payroll admin duties as required
- Use of in-house payroll system (full training provided)
- Assist in continuous improvement and automation projects
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- Strong working knowledge of Award and EA interpretation
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with automated payroll systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Friendly, team-oriented, and solutions-focused attitude
