Reporting directly to the National Payroll Manager working in a thriving and friendly team this is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established workforce solutions provider with operations across Australia.

You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll functions across multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EAs), supporting a large and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process timesheets manually and electronically
  • Respond to payroll-related enquiries from staff and internal departments
  • Maintain payroll records and update relevant reports
  • General payroll admin duties as required
  • Use of in-house payroll system (full training provided)
  • Assist in continuous improvement and automation projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Award and EA interpretation
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with automated payroll systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and solutions-focused attitude
