We're on the hunt for a hands-on
Senior Full Stack Developer
who lives and breathes code. You'll be building internal tools that are critical to our customers and staff, the kind of systems that make things run faster, smoother, and smarter.

This isn't just another coding job. You'll work alongside product managers to lead sprint planning, guide junior developers, and have real influence on how we architect, scale, and ship our products.

You're the type who writes code fast, but never at the expense of security or quality. You hold yourself and others to high standards, clean, maintainable, and consistent code that stands the test of time. You take ownership of features end-to-end: from design and build through to testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

You are a developer rockstar, but it doesn't go to your head. You love solving problems through awesome code, not ego. You take ownership of your mistakes, adapt quickly, and know when to go lean versus when to build for scale.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Build and maintain applications using React, NestJS, , and microservices on AWS ECS (Fargate).
• Work across the stack with Docker, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, JWT and more.
• Shape the way we deploy and scale with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), patch management, and workflow automation.
• Partner with product managers to plan and deliver sprints that move the needle.
• Mentor junior developers and raise the technical bar for the team.
• Balance uptime, scalability, and cost efficiency in AWS.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features: design, build, test, deploy, monitor.
• Ensure security and code standards are baked into everything you deliver.
• Contribute to internal tools that make life easier for both our customers and staff.
• Have experience SEO/Paid and how Digital Agencies operate.

About You:

• 5+ years of full stack experience, you're comfortable moving between frontend and backend.
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and passionate about building scalable, maintainable systems.
• Experience with AWS, microservices, CI/CD, and workflow automation.
• Pragmatic and adaptable: you ship fast without cutting corners on security or quality.
• Collaborative, humble, and eager to mentor others.
• Excited about solving problems that have real-world impact.
• Must have Australian citizenship or full working rights (no sponsorship available).
• Ready to start immediately.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SendGrid, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Cloudflare, Xero API, or Teamwork APIs.
• Familiarity with service-to-service communication and API integrations.
