We are seeking a casual Steward to join our growing sustainability team to work night shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Separating waste streams
  • Record keeping
  • Using the baling machine to crush cardboard and tins
  • Processing food waste for our Goterra machine
  • Keeping areas and equipment clean

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of kitchen operations is highly desired
  • Availability to work nights with 1am - 3am finishes is essential as this a predominately night shift role
  • 7-day availability is preferred
  • Work collaboratively with others.
