Our journey began with our multi award-winning Felons Brewery and today, Howard Smith Wharves boasts 13 restaurants, cafes, bars, event spaces and a hotel - a vibrant playground for lovers of the good life. We now continue to thrive and grow through iconic businesses including Story Bridge Adventure Climb and the Manly Wharf Precinct in Sydney.

We are seeking a casual Steward to join our growing sustainability team to work night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Separating waste streams
- Record keeping
- Using the baling machine to crush cardboard and tins
- Processing food waste for our Goterra machine
- Keeping areas and equipment clean
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is highly desired
- Availability to work nights with 1am - 3am finishes is essential as this a predominately night shift role
- 7-day availability is preferred
- Work collaboratively with others.
