ABOUT THE ROLE
As Vice President, People Experience at Moose, you'll lead the charge in creating a seamless and engaging employee journey across all regions. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll shape global people programs, policies, and practices that attract, support, and retain top talent—fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee remuneration frameworks, incentive programs, benefits, and global payroll operations to ensure equity, compliance, and accuracy
- Drive performance and reward strategies that reinforce a high-performance culture
- Lead HRIS system integration and optimization for scalability and data-driven decision-making
- Establish and maintain consistent, compliant global people policies balancing organizational needs and employee well-being
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting KPIs, providing coaching, and driving professional growth
ABOUT YOU
- Proven success in remuneration strategy, benefits design, incentivisation programs, and payroll oversight
- Strong experience driving performance and reward programs to support a high-performance culture
- Expertise in HRIS system integration, HR technology, automation, analytics, and compliance
- 15+ years in senior HR leadership roles with global operations experience
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong background in employee experience and change management
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results in complex environments
