role could be the perfect next step in your career. Based at our industry‑leading manufacturing facility in Orchard Hills, Sydney, this full‑time, permanent role reports to the Head of Human Resources Australia and sits on the Site Leadership Team.

Snackbrands Australia is proudly part of the Intersnack Group, a global snack food leader operating in over 30 countries. While internationally owned, we manufacture locally and proudly produce some of Australia's favourite snacks — including CC's, Thins, Cheezels, Kettles, and The Natural Chip Company.

As our Human Resources Business Partner, you'll provide strategic and hands‑on HR support across all Supply Chain & Operations functions. You'll work closely with people leaders throughout the full employee lifecycle, balancing day‑to‑day operational needs with the delivery of People & Culture initiatives that drive meaningful, long‑term impact.

With a defined stakeholder group and a seat at the site leadership table, you'll enjoy the variety, influence and autonomy to shape the employee experience while contributing to our continued growth in Australia and internationally.

You'll collaborate with the wider ANZ HR Team, the Site Leadership Team and your stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes, ensure compliance, and champion a positive, engaging workplace culture.

What you'll be responsible

  • for?Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide influential, solutions‑focused HR advice
  • Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, performance, change management and offboarding — partnering with Centres of Excellence to streamline processes and enhance employee experience
  • Ensure legislative compliance and manage effective employee/industrial relations, including issue resolution, strategy development and Enterprise Agreement negotiation and implementation
  • Championing the transition to IWS (Integrated Work Systems) ways of working, supporting to crate and execute roadmaps that embed culture change and foster site-wide engagement
  • Coaching and developing our HR Advisor
  • Contribute to the development, communication and execution of the HR Strategic Plan and broader business strategy
  • Identify, design and deliver HR processes and initiatives that drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement learning and development solutions as required
  • Support strategic HR projects and change initiatives
  • Provide general support to the wider HR team as needed

What you'll bring to the role?

  • Tertiary qualification with relevant HR or business endorsement
  • Proven HR generalist experience within FMCG or a similar fast‑paced industry
  • Previous experience in blue collar unionised environment essential
  • Demonstrated HR generalist hands-on experience across a broad range of HR accountabilities and functions
  • Strong communication, coaching and business partnering capability — you adapt your style with ease and enjoy working with diverse teams every day
  • Solid understanding legislative compliance and industrial relations, ideally with experience working within a unionised environment
  • Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and focus on what's important - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy flexing your plans to suit what the day brings
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing others to drive meaningful change
  • Passion for driving a workplace filled with amazing employee experiences
  • High levels of integrity and accountability, always owning your decisions and doing what you say you will.
