This is a rare opportunity to join Cue Clothing Co. as a People & Culture Business Partner, providing hands-on support to Retail leaders and driving high-performing people outcomes across our store network.
About the roleAs a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be the primary partner to Retail leaders, providing practical, commercially grounded people advice to support sales performance, workforce stability, and leadership development.
This role balances hands-on operational delivery with strategic insight, enabling you to influence, guide, and coach leaders while ensuring consistent application of people policies and frameworks across the business.
What you'll do- Partner with Retail leaders to impact productivity and engagement outcomes through effective people practices
- Support performance management, absenteeism, conduct, and capability issues
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary action, and terminations
- Provide coaching to build leadership capability, confidence, and accountability
- Support retail change initiatives, including new store openings, closures, and restructures
- Identify talent and capability gaps and implement strategies to uplift leadership and team performance
- Contribute to a cohesive, high-performance culture aligned to business values and objectives
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, and people risk management
- Experience managing end-to-end ER matters and coaching leaders
- Commercially focused with the ability to provide practical advice in a fast-paced retail environment
- Resilient, composed, and able to influence and guide leaders confidently
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to consistency, compliance, and people frameworks
