Are you passionate about clinical research and looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients? At the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre, we're leading the way in pancreatic cancer trials—and we're looking for a dedicated Clinical Trials Coordinator to help drive our mission forward.

As a key member of our Research team, you'll be at the heart of groundbreaking studies, supporting patient visits and coordinating multiple clinical trials from start-up to close-out. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and report to the Centre Program Manager.

We have exciting full time or part time, fixed term (12 months) positions available, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of multiple clinical research projects in the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre, primarily supporting the team in conducting patient visits as part of their suite of pancreatic cancer trials.

You will be involved in research studies in various stages from set-up, recruitment and close out.

You will make an impact by:

  • Coordinating a diverse portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory guidelines
  • Supporting patient visits and maintaining meticulous study documentation and data integrity
  • Building strong relationships with participants, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trial operations
  • Contributing to a collaborative, patient-focused research environment

To be successful in this role:

You're an experienced Clinical Trials Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced research environment. You bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes through clinical research.

You will have:

  • Have hands-on experience coordinating clinical trials, ideally within Medical Oncology
  • Work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, colleagues, sponsors, and external partners
  • Are highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to best practice in clinical research
