About The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Build strong partnerships and deliver high-level expert advice across the agency
• Provide expert support on complex and sensitive employment relations matters
• Coach and lead a team of P&C Business Partners to deliver a high-performing business partnering function
• Drive workforce planning and succession strategies aligned with organisational priorities
• Lead change and business improvement initiatives, including digitalisation and AI-driven solutions
• Represent the department in industrial matters, including at the South Australian Employment Tribunal

Remuneration: ASO8 ($121,107  - $125,679 p.a.) + 12% Super

Applicants at ASO7 level will also be considered, remuneration ($108,109 - $116,864 p.a.) + 12% Super

About You

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have significant experience providing strategic HR and industrial relations advice at a senior level
• Can partner with stakeholders to deliver proactive workforce solutions
• Bring expertise in coaching or leading teams to uplift capability
• Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Are a strong problem solver who can navigate complexity with confidence
• Have experience designing and implementing innovative workforce strategies
