We require an experienced baker or pastry cook to work on our factory in Homebush.

Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.

The successful applicant will need to have experience:

Mixing Cookie Doughs

Mixing Pastry

Running Dough Sheeter

Decorating Cakes

  • this is an a demanding role at requires the successful candidate to be able lift up to 25kg bags

  • the successful candidate will need to operate heavy duty mixing equipment

Using Mixing equipment

Operating commercial ovens

Able to read recipes

We operate under a HACCP system

This is a full-time role, please do apply if you are unable to work 38hours per week

You will be working in an experienced team of 5 people producing the cake batters and pastry for the days production runs.

Full training provided.
