We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic
Casual Dental Assistant
to join our modern, high-performing 11-chair dental practice in the heart of Sydney's CBD - just steps from Town Hall station.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your contribution is valued, and patient care is the priority.

What You'll Be Doing

As a valued member of our team, you'll support the clinical and administrative functions of the practice, including:

  • Chair-side assisting
    for a range of procedures
  • Sterilisation
    and infection control management
  • Reception duties
    as needed
  • Helping deliver a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient

Flexible Casual Shifts Available

Standard Hours: 8am - 6pm

Some late-night shifts required

Weekend shifts on a rotating basis (penalty rates apply)

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about patient care. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant - all-rounder preferred (chair-side, sterilisation, and reception)

Strong knowledge of infection control protocols

Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Availability across
Monday to Saturday
, with flexibility for
evening and weekend shifts
