The Why
You will play a pivotal role in both operational support and enhancement of applications, with particular focus on banking and enterprise applications such as our Core Banking & Payment systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Contact Centre solutions as well as our Lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support and maintenance for applications, including routine updates and patch applications to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving incidents and problems, participating in change management to minimize service disruptions and maintain system availability.
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing processes and adhering to best practices in maintenance, support, and deployment of applications, aiming for service excellence.
  • Help to create and update support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate rapid resolution of issues and promote team learning.
  • Support interactions with third-party vendors and solution providers to ensure integrated services work seamlessly and meet performance standards.

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in providing technical support to Core Banking, Payment and Enterprise Applications
  • Must have experience in Banking or Financial Services domain with good understanding of regulatory and compliance environment (i.e., APRA)
  • Must have experience in Atlassians suite of products (i.e., Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc)
  • Able to provide 24x7 technical support and incident management as when is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required, COBIT or CISM is preferable.
