About You

  • You're a Senior Art Director with strong digital and social experience.
  • You've spent time in agencies and enjoy working on mid-market clients (if working on huge brands at global agencies is your sweet spot, then this is also not the role for you).
  • You're comfortable working across both B2B and B2C, turning insights into ideas that connect with audiences and drive business results.
  • You can confidently present concepts, explain the thinking behind them, and build client trust through clarity and creativity.
  • You're ready to lead a team of designers, guiding, reviewing, and setting creative standards that inspire excellence.
  • You know how to align great design with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices — from Meta and LinkedIn to YouTube, TikTok, Google, programmatic, and email.
  • Last but not least, you know what it means to approach a creative problem with a business and results mindset (both for the agency and the client).
