Job DescriptionStep into Leadership—Shape the Future of OSHC
Ready to lead with vision, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact? As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee 10 thriving Outside School Hours Care services from Munster to Mount Pleasant, creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where children flourish.

Your Role & Mission
As a hands-on leader, you'll be on the ground, stepping into ratio when needed, mentoring teams, and setting the gold standard for excellence. Your impact will be felt through:
Quality & Compliance – Drive continuous improvement, setting the benchmark for top-tier service ratings. Leadership & Mentoring – Develop and uplift teams, unlocking their potential to excel
Risk & Safety Management – Foster secure, nurturing environments that prioritize well-being.
Relationship Building – Strengthen connections with families, communities, and schools, creating a foundation of trust and collaboration.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven leader ready to make waves in OSHC
2+ years of experience working with children
Multi-site leadership experience in OSHC
Diploma or higher in a relevant field
Current certifications (Working With Children, First Aid incl. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
Food Handling/Safety certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license & permanent Australian work rights
