Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group's strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will join our Procurement team on a 12 month maximum term contract.

A Day in the Life

  • Create and implement the sourcing strategy for indirect categories.
  • Undertake and lead existing vendor reviews and go-to-market strategies as appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships throughout the business to increase engagement with strategic sourcing.
  • Advise on, and deliver sourcing services and solutions to the business at a corporate level
  • Providing advice on high value sourcing projects and identify savings opportunities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, creation of sourcing documents including funding approvals, procurement strategies, RFx documents, evaluation plans and reports and risk management
  • Continuously monitor and understand changing business requirements within the business
  • Run sourcing projects across all categories as a true trusted advisor to the business

We Are Looking For

  • You will be an experienced procurement professional (5+ years) who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • A strong networker, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business.
  • Previous experience managing supply chain and corporate services categories will be highly sought; along with a commercially minded and innovative approach
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical capability
  • Previous consulting experience will be regarded well, role would suit Big 4 consultant wanting to come in house
