  • Extensive Testing Expertise:
    At least 15 years of hands-on experience in testing, including test strategy development, execution, and leadership.
  • Innovative Testing Practices:
    A strong bias towards modern testing methodologies, focusing on small incremental changes supported by unit, component, Blackbox, performance, and security testing.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    Proven success in building and delivering test strategies tailored for Cards transaction switch systems.
  • Payments Domain Experience:
    A deep understanding of the payment's ecosystem, with significant experience as a Test SME, Test Director, and hands-on Tester.
  • Efficiency Over Tradition:
    A clear understanding of when to avoid traditional End-to-End performance and functional testing for every release, aligning with agile delivery practices.
