This is not a solo gig

You'll join a team of supportive and experienced occupational therapists, allied health assistants, and admin legends.

We believe it's the little things that help you grow, the "what would you do here?" convos, the quick check-ins during daily huddles, the spontaneous resource shares and team problem-solving. Where we're based:

Coffs Harbour (yep, coastal life)

Think beaches, hinterland, great coffee, and no city traffic. Our clinic is in the heart of the CBD, close to lunch spots and leafy walking tracks (yes, we actually encourage lunchtime strolls). Parking? No problem, we've got free spots onsite and on the street.

What you'll do:

• Deliver OT services to young people aged 0–25 across homes, schools, and our clinic.
• Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and health professionals.
• Create engaging therapy sessions (including groups).
• Write meaningful goals, reports, and notes.
• Build and use creative resources.
• Be present, playful, and person-centered.

What you'll need:

• Occupational Therapy degree + AHPRA registration
• Driver's license and car for outreach (we reimburse travel)
• Working With Children Check + Police Check
• A love of learning, growing, and working as a team
• A sense of humour and a love for what you do
